American rock pop band Maroon 5 just wrapped up their concert in the Philippines earlier this month at the SM Mall of Asia in Pasay City. The band’s vocalist, Adam Levine, shared to the thousands of fans who watched them perform live why they keep coming back to the country.

Their latest concert in the country marks their sixth overall performance throughout the years.

“You want to know why we love coming here? For many reasons. But the number one reason we like coming here is because we know how much you guys love to sing,”  he shared.

The American rock pop band is known for their timeless hits such as “She Will Be Loved”, “Payphone”, and “This Love” which Filipino fans have been singing since they were released. Adam added that Filipinos are different as they keep on singing during their concerts which the band loves so much as they feel very welcomed.

“As a singer, I can’t tell you how much joy it brings me and the rest of the band when we come out to a place where I know … and that’s y’all’s thing—you guys love to f*cking sing. And that just makes us feel so good out here every night,” he continued.

Despite coming back to the Philippines for the sixth time in their career, Maroon 5 never felt disappointed with the crowd as the band’s frontman noticed that ithe crowd kept getting bigger each time they return.

Maroon 5 sang two of the crowd favorite songs during the concert—“Payphone” and “She Will Be Loved”.

“Every time we come here it just feels like you love to be in it with us, and you guys sing louder than anywhere else in the world. It’s a beautiful thing so thank you so much, guys. We love you,” he shared.

Adam added how thankful the band is for the support they’ve been receiving since the start of their career two decades ago.

“We appreciate you so much more than you could ever know. And we just want to thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. We love you guys and appreciate your support over the last 20 years, because without you, we can’t do this,” Adam said.
