“I am now able to reconcile my speaking with my love for teaching. Though not for the reason you might think. I don’t like to educate others to help them know what I know but because teaching causes me to seek that which I don’t know, so I could have something valuable to give to others,” she wrote.

The 41-year-old former actress added that while she teaches others, she also gets to learn from them. Rica opened up that she wouldn’t speak as if she knows everything around her.
