After welcoming his first child with girlfriend Meryll Soriano last December, Joem Bascon shared how the first few months of fatherhood have been so far. “Masaya. Kalmado. Sobrang saya. Hindi ko siya ma-pu-put in the words. Ini-enjoy ko every moment,” he admitted during the media con for the newest iWant TFC Original series My Sunset Girl earlier this month.

“I’ve been working since I was 19 years old. I’m 34 ngayon. Hindi ko naisip na nag-shutdown tayo. Andito pa rin tayo, nagki-kita kita pa din tayo. Itinatawa pa rin natin siya. Siyempre may lungkot. Pero after one year or two years nakakapagbigay pa rin tayo sa kapwa Pilipino natin ng mga magagandang teleserye at show at yun si ABS-CBN. Hindi siya mawawala kahit anong mangyari sa atin,” he said.

“Ang ABS-CBN hindi naman titigil yan sa serbisyo sa mga kapamilya at sa mga Pilipino. Kaya nga laging in the service of the Filipino tayo. I guess kung ano man yung nangyari sa atin, pinagpatuloy pa din natin yung serbisyo para sa kapwa natin kababayan at hindi pa rin nawala sa ating lahat yung gumawa ng dekalidad na mga teleserye, gumawa ng tamang balita, hindi pa rin yun mawawala sa atin,” he added.
“Ang ABS-CBN hindi naman titigil yan sa serbisyo sa mga kapamilya at sa mga Pilipino. Kaya nga laging in the service of the Filipino tayo. I guess kung ano man yung nangyari sa atin, pinagpatuloy pa din natin yung serbisyo para sa kapwa natin kababayan at hindi pa rin nawala sa ating lahat yung gumawa ng dekalidad na mga teleserye, gumawa ng tamang balita, hindi pa rin yun mawawala sa atin,” he added.
