Meryll Soriano on Tuesday, January 26, revealed she and her boyfriend Joem Bascon planned her pregnancy.

In her latest Instagram post, the actress recalled the moment she and Joem found out they were going to be parents.

"When we found out we were parents after planning and trying. Voilà! What a happy day," she wrote in the caption.

Her post comes over a week after Joem's ex-girlfriend of eight years, vlogger Crisha Uy, opened up about his rekindled relationship with Meryll.

"Alam ko na 'yung totoo. Alam ko na ‘yung relationship nila, their bundle of blessing long way before pa nung na-upload ‘yan,” revealed Crisha in her vlog.

She also confessed that she felt "betrayed all over again" when news broke about Meryll and Joem's newborn child.

Iba pala ‘yung feeling na nakita mo versus kinuwento or chinika lang sa ’yo. Parang feeling ko kasi kailangan kong ilabas ‘yung naramdaman ko that day ‘yung galit ko, ‘yung sakit na ‘yun, kung ano mang naramdaman ko that day," she said.

It was on New Year's Day when Meryll, 38, and Joem, 34, revealed that they have rekindled their relationship and now have a son together.

Meryll and Joem first dated in 2010 and parted ways after a year. They worked together on the 2019 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry Culion and were rumored to have rekindled their romance after a photo of Joem spending New Year with Meryll’s family was posted on social media.
