After working with Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano on the series He’s Into Her, Jeremiah Lisbo reunitec with the love team in their first movie project together Love is Color Blind under Star Cinema.

“Ang pangalan ng character ko dito si Sky Bernardo. Schoolmate niya si Ino (Donny) at Cara (Belle). Sky is smart, confident, driven, alam niya yung gusto niyang tahakin sa buhay,” he said.

Even though it was just this year that he was offered his first lead role in a project after joining Star Magic Circle in 2019, Jeremiah said he was never impatient when it comes to his career.

“It’s part of the process eh. Talagang nagtitiwala lang ako sa proseso. Kasi itong prosesong ito madami rin akong napupulot na mga aral. Magandang experience ito kasi mas confident ako ngayon dahil sa mga experience ko sa ibang projects. Sobrang excited lang ako sa resulta ng proyektong ito dahil na-apply ko yung mga natutunan ko sa past projects,” he explained.

December is proving to be one of the busiest months of the year for Jeremiah as he is not just promoting Love is Color Blind but also preparing for his first Metro Manila Film Festival entry Love At First Stream.

“Nagpapasalamat ako sa Diyos at sa management sa tiwala. Grabe kasi dati pag nanunuod ako ng MMFF movies with my family, tapos ngayon ako na. Sobrang grateful talaga ako. Sobrang na-challenge ako dahil galing ako isang proyekto, yung Love At First Stream. Nagpapasalamat ako ng madami, kay direk Leo (Garcia) dahil tinulungan niya ako maintindihan at maunawaan ang character ko. Kasi medyo hindi pa ako naka-move on agad dun sa last project ko eh,” he recalled.

Working under acclaimed director Cathy Garcia-Molina for his MMFF film, the 23-year-old actor shared what he learned on the set of Love At First Stream.

“Ang dami kong natutunan kay direk Cathy. Iba yung level eh. Iba yung CGM magic. As in promise, ma-a-amaze ka. Kahit hindi ko talaga eksena nanunuod ako kay direk Cathy. Every detail nakikita ko yung pagkakamali namin bilng mga aktor. Sobrang dami kong natutunan talaga,” he added.
