Last July 13, the popular competition series announced the 11 queens vying for the title of this year's Philippines' Next Drag Superstar.

This season's contestants include Angel, J Quinn, John Fedellaga, Khianna, Maxie, Myx Chanel, Popstar Bench, Tita Baby, Versex, Yudipota, and Zymba Ding.

Drag Race Philippines Season 3 will premiere on August 7 at 7 p.m. PH Time on WOW Presents Plus Asia streaming app and HBO Asia, 7 a.m. (EaST) for US and 12 p.m. for WOW Presents Plus Worldwide.

The after-show segment, Drag Race Philippines: Untucked, which features behind-the-scenes moments of the competing queens often showcasing uncensored banter and heated confrontations, will also return.

The series is part of the Emmy Award-winning RuPaul's Drag Race franchise.

Meanwhile, Drag Race Philippines Season 1 former contestant Eva Le Queen is part of the upcoming international drag competition RuPaul’s Drag Race Global All Stars.

On her social media account, the Philippine drag queen representative expressed how being part of the international competition is a surreal moment for her.

“You know, I can’t believe na I am hearing my own voice talking, addressing, not just Filipinos, not just Drag Race fans from the Philippines but drag fans all over the world,” she expressed.

She went on: “I'm the only Asian representation there. It’s a lot to take in. I haven’t had any sleep. You know, we have already prepared for this. I thought I already had prepared myself for this.”

“This moment is pure bliss. You know it when your life will gonna change again and it’s just happening right before my eyes. It’s only through this.”

In her Meet the Queen video clip, Eva also emphasized how she wanted to represent Asian culture on a broader stage and expressed her desire to win the competition.

“In 'Drag Race Philippines,' I did pretty well, I was Final 4. I always go for breathtaking looks, I use my body, my artwork, my wigs, my face to tell a story and start conversations… I came here because I wanted to show that there is excellence from that side of the world," she said.
