“Kaming mga Bisaya, actually noong nilabas ang trailer nito, sobra bang grateful kasi kaming mga Bisaya, hindi maiwasan na mag-self pity kasi malayo kami sa central. Pero ngayon noong may ganito na show parang 'let our voice be heard' ganoon ang mga Bisaya, uy," Melai said.

Melai went on: “Sobrang na-appreciate nila ang 'Kuan-On-One' show at si Direk Lauren (Dyogi), sobrang na-appreciate nila ang ABS-CBN (dahil) nag-effort talaga gumawa ng show para sa mga (taga-)Visayas at Mindanao para ma-inspire sila. Lalo na 'yung mga OFWs, sila talaga ang pinaka-happy talaga, para silang nakauwi din sa Pilipinas para hindi na sila ma-sepanx sa kanilang family.”

Hindi ko pwede i-bypass sa heart ko ba ang aking mga mamshie… Kumbaga hindi ko pwede magganyan-ganyan ng sarili kong show kasi mayroon kaming Magandang Buhay pa rin. So ito only for Bisaya, so doon ako napa-(yes) kasi Bisaya is close to my heart,” she explained.

Kuan on One is the first online Bisayan talk show that will start streaming on ABS-CBN YouTube channel and iWantTFC every Tuesday at 6 p.m. starting on July 2.
