Looks like engaged couple Arjo Atayde and Maine Mendoza were finally able to take time out of their busy work schedules again to take a quick trip out of the country earlier this month and celebrate Valentine’s Day together. In her Instagram post, Maine shared her favorite photos taken inside popular theme park Disneyland Hong Kong. She wrote in the caption, “12 hours in Hong Kong because why not.”

Aside from acting, Arjo is also currently serving his first term as a congressman for Quezon City’s first district.

In the comments section, Arjo’s younger sister Ria wrote, “Happy Valentine’s Day, love birds.”

Last year, Arjo and Maine also traveled together to places like Amsterdam, Madrid, and Paris where they celebrated their fourth year of being together. They first confirmed they were officially a couple in 2019 and announced their engagement last July 2022 after dating for three years.

In a previous interview, Arjo talked about how he feels about finally settling down with Maine, “Very hard to explain how a person can be unique the way you see them. But to me, she's a very loving person, mabuti ang puso niya. That's also very hard to find, 'yung sincerity. And grabe magmahal. Hindi ko po ma-explain. Grabe po, eh. It's a different way of... iba po, eh. I'm overwhelmed with the way I love her and she loves me back. It's a different understanding. I think I found a best friend and partner.“

Maine first revealed her attraction to the Bagman star after fangirling over her him on her Twitter account in 2013 where she tweeted “Arjo cutie,” much to the delight of the fans of the couple.
