Eddie Gutierrez marked his 81st birthday with an awesome celebration with his family.

During her father Eddie Gutierrez’s 81st birthday celebration held earlier this month, Ruffa Gutierrez shared just how much fun their family had at the intimate birthday dinner.

According to Ruffa, it also included karaoke night done “all in the spirit of good fun.”

Eddie’s eldest daughter also shared a video clip of singer and good family friend Vina Morales walking around the dining area to let everyone participate in the karaoke song.

In her post, Ruffa wrote: “Happy 81st birthday, Dad! We love you!! ❤️ Part 1 xx.” Nice Print Photography also posted their coverage from the happy event."

Eddie was surrounded by his family which included his wife Annabelle Rama, and his two oldest children Ramon Christopher, and Ruffa Gutierrez.

Not seen in the photos were twins Raymond who is currently based abroad and Richard, who is currently starring in the action series The Iron Heart.

Meanwhile, Eddie’s grandchildren Janine, Diego, Jessica, and Maxine who are all Ramon Christopher and Lotlot De Leon’s children, were all in attendance.

Other celebrity guests spotted at the dinner included Robin Padilla, Mariel Padilla, Ciara Sotto, Cesar Montano, Karla Estrada, Marjorie Barretto, Herbert Bautista, Vina Morales, Philip Salvador, and Tirso Cruz III.

In an earlier post, Ruffa shared a video reel dedicated to her dad.

"Today I would like to honor my dad on his 81st birthday. 🥳❤ Being the daughter of a kind, humble and great man truly is a blessing. Happy birthday to a father like no other. Nothing is more important than for you to be happy and healthy, Dad. We love you so much!! Let’s celebrate tomorrow. Much love from your one and only daughter, Ruffie," she wrote in the caption.

Eddie Gutierrez’s career in showbiz has spanned more than five decades after making his major acting debut in the 1960 film Kaming Makasalanan.

During his prime, Eddie was also known as the “Elvis Presley of the Philippines” because of his good looks and uncanny resemblance to the late American rock icon.

Eddie married Annabelle Rama in 1980. They have six children together: Ruffa, Rocky, Elvis, Richard, Raymond, and Ritchie.

In 2021, Eddie underwent a procedure in the US which cleared him of prostate cancer.
