Four years since he first started vlogging, Benedix Ramos admitted he has already come a long way since his experience joining Pinoy Big Brother Kumunity as one of the celebrity housemates. This is because of all the new opportunities he received after leaving the PBB house including being part of the cast of the iWantTV series Love in 40 Days.

“Super overwhelming pa rin hanggang ngayon yung paglabas ko sa bahay ni Kuya. I never thought that ganito yung klase yung pagtanggap ng mga tao sa industriya and I feel so happy kasi sila Anji (Salvacion), sila Karina (Bautista), sila yung mga nauna sa akin so isa rin sila sa mga nag-ga-guide sa akin sa journey ko dito sa industry, And after PBB I got the chance to have some projects na talagang I’m really grateful about,” he said.

After being launched as the newest host of the online talent competition Bida Star Versus which starts its fourth season this month, Benedix shared how he is looking forward to joining the show along with current hosts Karina Bautista and Anji Salvacion.

“Super enjoy ako sa hosting talaga kasi isa siya sa mga skills ko na gusto ko pang mahasa as I go further sa industry,” he added.

Aside from joining reality shows like PBB, Benedix said he is also very thankful to online platforms like Kumu which has also been a big help to his career.

“Sa akin sobrang laking tulong ng digital platforms natin ngayon especially sa Kumu which is also partnered with Star Hunt ABS-CBN and Star Magic. At sa tingin ko, even after this Bida Star Versus season natin ay puwede pa rin nila magamit yung pagiging social media presence nila because of their Kumu account. Lalo na those who will join lang sa Kumu because of Bida Star Versus. Well they can also consider this kind of platform to start a career dito. Kasi maraming mga platforms na puwede mong pagsimulan ng career at isa na dito ang Kumu which I’ve always believed is the factory of hopes and dreams and that’s why Kumu has always been such a very, very signifiant platform for me in achieving this goal na matagal ko na ring gusto,” he explained.
