Mon Confiado shows how he prepares for a new role

Veteran actor Mon Confiado shared on social media the amount of preparation he did for his role in the upcoming film, The Fisher. Known for his method acting, the actor revealed the different emotions he goes through just to internalize the character he’s portraying.

The seasoned actor shared a series of photos showing how much he was under the sun for his role.

Mon shared that his tan was the result of him being outdoors often for the film. He surprised his fans with his no make-up sunkissed look.

The 54-year-old actor also gave a glimpse of what it means to be a method actor.

“The actors are urged to feel the true sentiments they require in each scenario rather than compartmentalize and fake them. This can cause psychological and behavioral changes for as long as they are in the position,” he wrote.

Fans were amazed by the amount of effort Mon puts into his roles each time.

“Isa sa pinaka magaling at flexible na actor ng Pinas. Lagi kong inaabangan mga pag ganap nyo sir, lahat may puso lahat may paninindigan, laging buo laging may pagmamahal,” a netizen named Gelo Nabor commented.

Previously, the actor wowed his fans by sharing old photos of the roles he portrayed. The fans were amazed by the passion he has for his craft.

It took almost a year of preparation prior to the filming of his new film. Mon said in his previous posts how this was one of the lightest yet most difficult shoots he has ever experienced.

The Fisher just finished their first cycle of filming under the direction of Paul Soriano.
