Maris Racal released the music video for her song “Di Papakawalan” on Wednesday evening, June 29.

Released under Balcony Entertainment, “Di Papakawalan” was co-written by Maris and her real-life partner Rico Blanco. Rico also arranged, produced, mixed, and mastered the song.

Meanwhile, both Rico and Maris served as directors for the music video.

Unlike her previous releases which were more upbeat and featured more dance moves in her music videos, “Di Papakawalan” is a ballad track that highlights Maris’ soulful voice and offers a more mellow visual.

Towards the end of the video, a guy appears and stands alongside Maris while staring at the vast ocean. The guy appears to be Rico based on the silhouette.
