Maymay Entrata took to social media to share how she and her non-showbiz boyfriend manage to keep their relationship strong despite the long distance between them.

This after the Kapamilya actress took questions from her Instagram followers this Wednesday, April 6 (PH Time). One of them asked: “How to make the relationship strong po lalo na ldr (long-distance relationship)?”

She replied by posting a photo of herself with her boyfriend, along with her answer, “Consistency is the (key)."

It was on Valentine's Day this year when Maymay, 24, first confirmed being in a romantic relationship, as she introduced her boyfriend on social media, much to the surprise of her fans and fellow celebrities.

It can be recalled that the actress first hinted at her new romance in an interview with fashion magazine Mega in April 2021.

“Sa totoo lang po may nagpapasaya na po sa aking puso at naway kahit anong maging desisyon namin ay respetuhin po yun ng aking mga taga-suporta," she said.

She made a similar admission when she addressed rumors linking her to actor Donny Pangilinan and her onscreen partner Edward Barber on the talk show Hotspot.

"Hindi ako in a relationship kay Donny or kay Edward man...Wala po kahit sino sa showbiz, wala," she said at the time.

The actress went on to clarify that the person who is now making her happy isn't from the industry.

"Nabanggit ko na naman po ito sa isang magazine na may nagpapasaya sa akin. Opo. Hanggang doon na lang. Basta wala sa showbiz," she said then.
