“Hindi kami sanay na nakikita namin si papa na ganyan siya... He's very strong din parang ano siya hindi kami sanay na ganyan siya. Kasi [siya 'yung] si gulo sa amin. ‘Yung paggising sa umaga wala nang nanggulo sa’yo. Siya ‘yun lagi. Ganun si papa, 'yung ugali ko, ugali ko rin," she stated.

"Gising ka na diyan magkakantahan pa tayo," Lyca can also be heard saying in the video.

"Pagaling kana papa miss kana namin," she added.

Fans of the singer extended their get-well-soon wishes for her father.

"Praying for your healing. In the mighty name of Jesus. Amen. God bless," one netizen said.

"Praying for your Papa's fast recovery," another fan stated.

Lyca started her career as a singer when she won the first season of The Voice Kids Philippines.

After she won the competition, she released her first studio album called Puede Nang Mangarap in 2015.

She also became part of the various television programs on ABS-CBN like Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids (Season 1) and ASAP.

Lyca also won Best New Female TV Personality at the 28th PMPC Star Awards for TV in 2014 for her Maalala Mo Kaya episode titled Red Envelope.

She also bagged the Best Performance by A Child award at the 28th Awit Awards for her "Narito Ako" performance.
