It was early this year when Juliana was first romantically linked to Bautista, who is reportedly part of the Philippine fencing team.

Juliana has similarly trained in fencing under the guidance of her father, who also happens to be the president of the Philippine Fencing Association.

Prior to Bautista, Juliana was also romantically linked to actor Marco Gallo and Andres Muhlach, the son of Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzalez, in the past. However, she has denied having romantic ties with either.
