Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin and director Neil Arce have finally tied the knot, as revealed through social media posts and a vlog posted on the couple's YouTube channel on Saturday evening, August 7.

Posting photos from the couple’s civil wedding, Nice Print Photography & Exige Weddings broke the news on their Facebook page and wrote, “They’re officially married! 💍💍💍💍💍 Congratulations @therealangellocsin @neil_arce Civil wedding ✅ done ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Watch their YouTube video now up on angel and neil channel.”

Angel, for her part, posted snaps of their wedding day on her Instagram and said, “and just like that ❤️ Bukas na yung iba. Namimilipit pa ako sa kilig 😂❤️ 📸 @niceprintphoto.”

Congratulatory messages and well wishes soon filled the comment section. Among those who greeted the couple included celebrities Neri Miranda, Zanjoe Marudo, Toni Gonzaga, Bubbles Paraiso, Marvin Agustin, Julius Babao, and Janice de Belen.

Meanwhile, the couple shared more of their civil wedding photos in a vlog they posted on their YouTube channel called The Angel and Neil Channel.

Titled ‘Lipat Bahay Gang,’ Angel and Neil shared “#roadtomarriage” updates as they packed their things in preparation for their move-in together. Before the vlog ended, the couple revealed the big news, saying, “Oh by the way… since filming this vlog, we decided not to wait and just do it. We got married!!!”

Angel and Neil announced their engagement in June of 2019. Last February, the couple said that their wedding will happen this 2021.
