Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin and movie producer Neil Arce are now engaged. This was confirmed by the couple via social media on Saturday, June 29.


On his Instagram page, Neil posted a photo of himself holding a ring. “Excuse me miss... I have a question,” he captioned the photo.
