Actress and jewelry designer KC Concepcion was reunited with her half-sisters Samantha and Savannah on Monday, June 21.

KC, 36, is the only child of actor Gabby Concepcion with his former wife, music icon Sharon Cuneta.

Meanwhile, Samantha and Savannah are the actor's kids with his current wife Genevieve Yatco Gonzales.

It was just last April when KC enjoyed some sisterly bonding with her young half-sisters, as she celebrated her 36th birthday together with their dad Gabby in Batangas.

At one point during her birthday celebration, KC was brought to tears after her siblings surprised her with a chocolate cake, a drawing, and a huge card expressing how happy they were that they got to spend time with their "ate" on her special day.

"I am so happy that we finally get to celebrate your birthday with you and that we finally get to see and spend time with you again, after a long time!" read the card penned by Samantha.

"I wish we get to do this more often and make more memories with each other! Thank you for being the best big sister anyone could ever ask for!" it added.

Aside from Samantha and Savannah, KC has two more sisters with her father—beauty queen Cloie Syquia Skarne and singer Garie Concepcion.
