Comedienne-actress Rufa Mae Quinto shared words of wisdom as she reflected on her showbiz career and life in the United States now in the latest episode of the online show PUSH Bets Live.

“I’m so grateful na isa po ako sa napili nila, kasi siyempre alam naman natin na housewife na ko, eh, di ba? Artista pa rin ako pero hindi ko naman ineexpect na kahit sa panaginip ko, mag-Hollywood magazine,” she said, adding that until now, it still feels surreal.

According to Rufa Mae, she was initially looking for a photographer for Athena who is about to turn four years old then, when a friend informed her that she will be featured in a magazine. The unexpected turn of events made her realized that nothing is impossible. So parang nothing is impossible. Mangyayari.”

In her magazine feature, she said, “Doing something you love and being good at it provides wisdom, joy, and positivity.” Rufa Mae said that it was her past experiences in showbiz that inspired the said quote.

It was this instance that motivated her to change for the better.

Changing her mindset brought positive changes for the actress as loving her work gave her more opportunities. ‘Yun na nga ‘yung wisdom, positivity, and all.”

Rufa Mae also opened up on how she felt when she went on a showbiz hiatus for a quiet life in the US. Admitting that she somehow felt down, she learned to keep the faith that paved the way for her to eventually meet the right people to help her get up again.

So for me, instead na magpanic, magworry, mag-nega, so positive muna. Tapos naghuhugas akong plato rito, naglilinis, lahat ako. So alam niyo ginawa ko?

Reiterating that nothing is impossible, she said, “’Wag tayong mawalan ng pag-asa habang may buhay.”

She further narrated, “Sabi ko nga, ‘Bakit gano’n, Lord?’
