Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach announced that she will be auctioning her gowns by year end for a cause she is supporting.

"Feels good to walk the Binibini stage in @markbumgarner 💙. I requested Mark to make this gown especially for the @bbpilipinasofficial anniversary, which will be part of the auction I’m having at year’s end in support of the youth center project I’m collaborating on with @loveyourself.ph," she posted on her Instagram page.

The former beauty queen added:  "Keep an eye out for its release in a few months, alongside gowns from other designers worn throughout my journey as Miss Universe." 

Fans online were quick to react to her post.

Designer Mark Bumgarner also took to social media to share the details of Pia's gown.

"A dress fit for a queen: my dear Pia Wurtzbach-Jauncey @piawurtzbach in a custom structured midnight blue @markbumgarner evening gown from last night’s Bb. Pilipinas Grand Coronation Night. Classic, sleek, effortless… the asymmetrical off-shoulder design beautifully frames Pia’s face, and neck complementing her stunning @bvlgari jewelry," he wrote.

Mark expressed how proud he is to witness the growth of Pia throughout the years.

"I first saw Pia win this pageant at the same venue in 2015. Watching her on that stage again last night nine years later and witnessing her growth into the woman she is today, made me feel surreal, emotional and very proud. She will always be confidently beautiful with a heart binibini," he remarked.

Pia recently graced the 60th edition of the Binibining Pilipinas coronation night on Sunday, July 7.

"Once a binibini, always a binibini ✨ Back where it all began, and it’s truly surreal that 10 years have passed. The first time I set foot at Araneta was during the 50th anniversary and it was unforgettable. It changed my life forever," Pia wrote in another post as she joined the 60th anniversary celebration of the national pageant.

She went on: "Now, we’re marking 60 beautiful years! Looking forward to tonight and reconnecting with everyone. Heartfelt thanks to @bbpilipinasofficial for the invitation! ♥️🙏"

During the 60th Binibining Pilipinas, Pia shared the stage with fellow former Filipino Miss Universe winners Catriona Gray, Margie Moran, and Gloria Diaz.

Pia won Binibining Pilipinas in 2015 and became the representative of the country at the 64th Miss Universe pageant held in Las Vegas, Nevada in December 2015.

The Filipino beauty queen bagged the crown and became the third Miss Universe from the Philippines at that time.
