Nation's girl group BINI has added another feather to their cap as they won the Best Asia Act at the 2024 MTV Europe Music Awards.

The awards ceremony posted a video of the group expressing their gratitude to everyone who supported them and helped them win the award.

"We're so thankful for winning the Best Asia Act in this year's MTV Europe Music Awards," the group said in the video. "We hope that we can keep on sharing our music with you and that the world can discover more of Filipino music."

The group also penned a message on their X platform following their big win.

"This honor means the world to us, seeing Filipino music shine on the global stage. Maraming salamat po!" they said.

Fans online were quick to congratulate BINI on this new milestone in their career.

"Congrats To our Walo and to all BLOOMs na nag-give ng time and effort to vote," one fan commented.

"NAIIYAK AKO SA SOBRANG PROUD!! I LOVE YOU, GIRLS! CONGRATULATIONS, BINI AND BLOOMS 🌸🎉," another fan wrote.

BINI was nominated for Best Asia act alongside ILLIT, Mahalini, MASDO, and Sakurazaka46.

The MTV Europe Music Awards is a yearly event hosted by MTV, recognizing and celebrating the most popular music and artists from Europe and around the world.

This year's awards ceremony was held in Manchester, England on Sunday, November 10.

Last August, BINI also accepted an international award in Korea when they received the Voice of Asia Awards at the Billboard K POWER 100 in Seoul.

"It’s ultimately an honor and we are so grateful to receive this award. But this award is not only for us but also for the people that believe in us and who have been part of our journey," BINI said in their acceptance speech.

The group added: "This award reminds us that anything is possible with hard work and dedication."

BINI, alongside SB19, received the Voices Of Asia Award for "their groundbreaking contributions to Filipino music and their unwavering championing of P-Pop on the global stage."
