XO, Kitty star Sang-heon Lee revealed that he is currently doing a project with Julia Barretto in the Philippines.

On his Instagram Stories, Sang-heon shared a photo of himself and Julia on the set of their project.

"#secretproject," he wrote tagging Julia in the post.

Recently, the South Korean actor also posted about his various food adventures in the country sharing that he tried Filipino street food and chicken inasal.

He also previously teased that he is shooting a project in the country.

"Back on set. FYI, not for XO," he wrote in his previous Instagram Story.

Meanwhile, Julia also shared via Instagram that she recently took cooking classes for what seems to be a project that she would be filming.

On her Instagram page, Julia shared her photos attending a culinary class.

"Learning something new, for something new.👩🏻‍🍳🤍🎬," she posted.

Sang-heon started his acting career in 2023 with the show XO, Kitty. He played the character Minho. Other stars in the show included Anna Cathcart as Kitty and Choi Min-young as Dae-heon.

Sang-heon talked to www.tvguide.com in May 2023 about why he chose to play Minho in the series.

"I saw [the role of] Minho, I was like, you know what, he seems fun. Korean expat, Australian or British accent. I was like, yeah, I can do that," he relayed.

When asked what projects he would try to do next, the actor said that he is open to any opportunities that would come his way.

 "Whatever comes to my plate, that's my opportunity to grab it. I would take it, I don't care if it was thriller, crime, or action, or rom-com. I'm actually glad that I did this as my first gig because I love rom-com films and series. Plus, I think I'm quite confident with comedy," he stated.

Meanwhile, Julia starred in various acting projects since she debuted as a child actress.

In 2022, she starred in two films Bahay na Pula and Expensive Candy. This year, she is set to star in the film Ikaw Pa Rin Ang Pipiliin Ko.
