Korean actor-singer Seo In-guk has a message for his Filipino fans ahead of his fan meeting in the Philippines.

In a video posted by Epic Events, the Korean actor expressed his excitement for his upcoming event in the Philippines dubbed as  his "1st Asia Fan Meeting Tour in Manila."

"Kamusta Philippines! I am Seo In-guk. Nice to see you! I will be having my first ever Asia Fan Meeting on August 12 at Manila's New Frontier Theater!" he said.

The Korean star added: "I'm very, very excited to meet my Filipino fans! Sa wakas! Make sure to book your tickets now! Maraming salamat! Mahal ko kayo! Kita kits!"

The fan meeting will be hosted by Kristel Fulgar who coincidentally is also a big fan of In-guk.

Back in July 2022, Kristel was able to interview In-guk via a video chat.  

"Wala na akong naging ibang idol, siya lang talaga. Simula day one, simula 16 years old ako hanggang ngayon, Seo In-guk lang. Sobrang amazing niyang tao para sa akin. Ang galing niyang kumanta, hindi lang sa magaling siyang kumanta eh. Meron akong hinahanap na boses na nakita ko sa kanya as a singer," she said in a YouTube vlog prior to her interview with the Korean star.

"Na-appreciate ko 'yung quality ng boses niya and siguro 'yung style niya. Ang galing din niya umarte, kahit anong genre, napaka-versatile na actor - drama, comedy, rom-com, kayang-kaya niyang i-pull off," she added.

In-guk previously visited the Philippines to shoot a film titled No Breathing. It was filmed in Davao City.

In Kristel's interview with In-guk last year, she asked the actor what was his most favorite experience visiting the country back then.

"I really liked all the sceneries my eyes could see. I love the weather, the ocean, and the people," he said.

The actor continued: "I loved the food and I really liked the color of the ocean."
