P-Pop girl group BINI shared their thoughts on being dubbed as the "Nation's Girl Group."
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, the eight-member girl group admitted that they are still not used to the said title.
The girls said they will continue to perform to the best of their abilities whether they have the said title or not.
The group also confessed that it was just recently, when they performed in various concerts and events when they realized their impact.
They recently performed at the "2022 PPOP CON" and the "Be You" concert with Red Velvet wherein they drew massive cheers from the crowd.
"May impact po pala kami. Sa dami ng concerts na nag-perform-an namin, sa lahat ng mga feedback, I can say na, opo, may impact po pala ang BINI," member Sheena said.
They were particularly in awe by the support they received during the "Be You" concert.
The group also shared their thoughts on their song "Na Na Na" going viral on TikTok. The track also entered Spotify's Viral 50 chart in the Philippines.
"Kahit sino, kaya siyang sayawin, kaya siyang kantahin.
BINI made their debut on June 4, 2021.
The group was formed through the Star Hunt Academy. Its members are Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena.
They released their first studio album Born to Win on October 14, 2021. It contained their hit songs "Kinikilig," "Na Na Na," and "Born to Win," among others.
