Last year, the 37-year-old actor took on a different kind of challenge offscreen when he put up his own business venture. But along with earning money for himself, he was also able to support local farmers from Nueva Ecija.

In his latest Instagram post, Thou proudly celebrated the first anniversary of his supply store called Rice and Shine located at N. Domingo Street in San Juan city.

He wrote: “A year ago today, I took a risk of putting up my own business. It was a one-man team! Loaded with just my eagerness and faith, RICE and Shine was born. Now, any baby needs nourishing and mine comes with the caring and guidance of my family.”
