Actor Jake Ejercito shared two photos on his Twitter account last June 3 showing the similarities between his child, Ellie, and her mother, Andi Eigenmann. In the photos, the two had a similar pose taken years apart.

“Does it drive you crazy, just how fast the night changes,” he wrote in his caption.

The first picture in his post was a photo of Andi back in 2013 when the two were still dating.

The second photo shows Jake’s father-daughter moment with Ellie who is now 10 years old. Ellie can be seen holding her utensils the same way as her mother Andi.

Followers of Jake on Twitter found his tweet very endearing, praising the actor for his dedication to co-parenting Ellie with Andi despite the two not ending up together. Ellie has been living with Andi and her stepfather, celebrity surfer Philmar Alipayo, on the island of Siargao along with her half siblings, Lilo and Koa.

In an interview with Jake last year, the actor was honest about the co-parenting style between him and the actress. He admitted that both sides took years before agreeing and finding the right balance to achieve the success of co-parenting their daughter Ellie.

Meanwhile, Jake will be starring on a new project, A Family Affair, along with Ivana Alawi, Gerald Anderson, Sam Milby, and Jameson Blake. He also plays as Gabby in the hit series The Broken Marriage Vow, a Philippine adaptation of South Korea’s The World of the Married.
