#TheBinJinWedding started trending as early as Thursday morning, March 31, as fans shared their excitement about the highly-anticipated wedding of Hyun Bin and Son Ye-jin.

But the respective agencies of the couple gifted fans with a little surprise: the official wedding photos of the couple.

VAST Entertainment and MSTeam released a statement, saying they decided to release photos so fans can get a glimpse of the wedding even though the ceremony will be held in private.

“Actors Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin are holding their wedding ceremony today, taking their first step as a married couple,” the two agencies said in a joint statement.

“The ceremony will be private in consideration of the situation with COVID-19, so we ask for your generous understanding. We are sharing the news with their wedding photos instead,” it added.

The agencies went on to thank fans for showing love to the couple — widely known for their characters in the hit series Crash Landing On You — from the very beginning.

“We express deep gratitude for the many blessings and warm support sent for their new beginning. Actors Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin along with their agencies will continue to put in full effort to give back for the love received.

A wedding invitation that leaked over the weekend shows that the ceremony is set to take place at 4 in the afternoon (KST).
