Ara Mina and her husband Dave Almarinez went to the posh Amanpulo resort in Palawan to celebrate their honeymoon, several months after they tied the knot in July 2021.

The actress has given fans a glimpse of their special trip through her vlog released on Wednesday, November 9, titled “Honeymoon in Paradise.”

“First time niya (Dave) dito. Ako it’s my second time. But ito ‘yung pinaka-magiging pinakamatagal kong stay kasi I think overnight lang ako last time,” said Ara. “Sobrang sandali lang… So ito talaga ‘yung mafi-feel ko talaga at mae-explore ko nang husto ‘yung Amanpulo.”

“With you,” she then told Dave. “And sinabi ko rin ‘yun before sa sarili ko, ‘Kailangan ‘pag bumalik ako dito, kailangan ‘yung mapapangasawa ko ‘yung makakasama ko dito.’ And true enough! Alam mo, talaga, dapat sabihin niyo ‘yung mga gusto niyong mangyari. Mangyayari talaga.”

During their stay, Ara and Dave enjoyed a romantic dinner date while being serenaded by the resort’s performers. They also had fun frolicking on the beach, and basking under the sun while enjoying the magnificent views of the island. Check out Ara’s vlog below:

Ara and Dave wed in a star-studded wedding ceremony in Baguio City last year, several months after they got engaged.

After their trip to Amanpulo, the couple flew to Budapest, Hungary to have their second honeymoon.
