With the second season of their iWantTFC series Hoy Love You all set to start this coming September 11, Roxanne Guinoo said she can’t wait for their fans to see her and Joross Gamboa’s characters in the show finally living together with both their families.

“Dumoble yung mga mamahalin ko dito sa Hoy Love You. Dati one family na kami ngayon one big family na kami so this is one big challenge for Marge kung paano niya i-ha-handle ang kinalakihan niyang sa side ng family and ang pag-a-adjust niya sa family ni Jules,” she said during the Hoy Love You Two mediacon last September 6.

Roxanne first met her Hoy Love You leading man when she and Joross joined the talent reality show Star Circle Quest in 2004. The two Kapamilya stars then started dating in 2004 but split in 2006 and were known as the love team called Jorox. They are now both happily married with kids to their non-showbiz partners. Now that she is reunited with Joross onscreen, the 35-year-old actress said she encountered no issue with their families about doing the project.

“Actually both sides supportive naman eh kasi kung hindi supportive hindi naman ito matutuloy. Walang Roxanne, wala ring magiging Joross, alam mo yung hindi mabubuo ulit yung love team. Happy sila. Proud sila. Kumbaga yung age naman namin ni Joross matatanda na so alam na namin yung mga limitations, mga rules na dapat namin i-apply sa mga sarili namin kasi siyempre may mga pamilya na kami. Parang tingin namin mature enough na kami para alamin yung mga bagay bagay. Si Joross very gentleman yan, aalamin niya ano ba yung mga restrictions mo kasi siyempre yung husband ko conservative tapos overprotective so mula nung nag-asawa ako nag-set na ako ng mga boundaries na ito na lang ang mga puwede ko gawin because para na rin sa mag-aama ko,” she explained.

Roxanne further explained how she has had to set restrictions when it comes to her career after getting married in 2011.

“Kasi pag married ka na, kapag may pamilya ka na, kasi may mga certain things lang na siyempre ayaw din natin maka-offend ng partner natin di ba. Especially ako yung babae. Siguro sobrang gamay na namin ni Joross ang isa’t isa, kami na mismo sa sarili namin, alam na namin yung boundaries namin. Friends kami. Hindi naman kami yung constant na nagkakamustahan pero once na nagkita kami, nothing has changed,” she added.
