After a surprise engagement last January, Ara Mina and non-showbiz boyfriend Dave Almarinez were originally scheduled to tie the knot last April 28 but had to postpone the ceremony after the sudden increase of COVID-19 cases in the country that same month which led to a stricter community quarantine in the NCR. Even though the couple has yet to announce the new date for their wedding, many are happy and excited for their upcoming nuptials.

After being introduced to each other at an event, it took two years of courting before Ara and Dave officially became a couple. Before becoming the president and CEO of Philippine International Trading Corporation, Dave was a former OFW in Singapore who got introduced to direct selling business which also made him into a multi-millionaire. Also a former Provincial Board Member in Laguna, Ara’s fiance is also an author sharing his own success story in the book The Blind Spot.

Calling her soon-to-be husband as responsible and very loving to his family, Ara also shared how inspired and proud she is of his hard work and perseverance. “Just want to let you know Dave that I admire you so much dahil sa maraming magandang bagay tungkol sa ‘yo. Hindi ako magsasawang ipagmalaki ang kabutihan ng puso mo,” she wrote in a post.
