Finally finished signing ALL PAGES of the blueprints to our new house. Rebuilding the house I had demolished years ago to change from a vacation home into a forever home. This photo shows only about 1/6 of all that I signed. Add to those the other papers bookbound I had to sign every page of too! Hope we get the building permits soon. Am really building this for my babies. When the original house was demolished, it took with it all their memories. It has taken us years to start rebuilding the new one because I got into debt of hundreds of millions. Now am okay. I pray that we are able to complete this before they all grow up, get married and move out! I have had one of the best architects design it, Conrad Onglao, and one of the very best contractors in the business who has done lots of work for Ayala Group, Onet Limchoc, to build it. A project manager from a good friend, Buboy Ringler’s company, will take charge of it. I am in good hands. I will make sure that when we break ground, our Pastor and our family will be there to dedicate our land and home to God. (A Filipino tradition is to cut a chicken’s neck and spread its blood all over the lot to build on. That is WRONG. It is an old PAGAN ritual that does not honor or please God in any way!). May it be a blessed, happy home. Less house, more home. It was originally going to have 3,500sqm of floor area. Not anymore!!! Thank You, Lord for giving us another chance to give our children this home. We praise and glorify you everyday!🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 (Thanks to all of you who told me the location was showing! Though it is a tightly-guarded, gated Ayala community like Ayala Alabang, Dasma and Forbes are.)
