After getting engaged last December, celebrity couple KZ Tandingan and TJ Monterde finally tied the knot last September 28 as revealed through their latest music video which was released on KZ’s YouTube channel last October 8, Thursday. The couple held an intimate wedding ceremony in The Farm at San Benito in Lipa, Batangas.

In their new music video, the couple stated that safety was their main priority which was why they chose a venue that provides a COVID-free environment. Everyone involved in their event also underwent a series of COVID-19 testing and were cleared before entry to comply with all the strict guidelines. The couple is also donating all proceeds from the music video to Inspire Church Metro..

On her Instagram account, KZ wrote, “God finally made our “Puhon” a reality. With only a handful of people and our families attending through Zoom, we held our symbolic wedding under a 300 hundred-year-old Mango tree.

“We didn’t think we could get married this year because our families are in Mindanao and couldn’t fly in. But our folks being the selfless, understanding, and amazing parents they are, encouraged us to get wed.

“Bittersweet getting married without my parents walking me down the aisle, but I’m thankful that my other dad, @martinnievera, stepped in to give me away.

“Thankful for friends who went out of their way to do multiple testings, isolation, and travel to be with us on our special day.

“Thankful for all these hard-working people who made sure our intimate dream wedding went smooth and, most importantly, safe.”

KZ and TJ have been in a relationship since January 28, 2015 after meeting through their common friends Martin Nievera and X Factor finalist Kedebon Colim.
