Just in time for Father's Day, Heart Evangelista uploaded a cooking video with her dad Reynaldo Ongpauco and sister Mich.

Heart and his family cooked the popular Pata Tim dish. In the video, they showed the step-by-step guide on how to cook it. They also relayed the ingredients they use when cooking Pata Tim.

Also, Heart's dad shared how he started his career in the food industry. Reynaldo recounted how he initially immersed himself in the restaurant business by becoming a cook in a restaurant in Beverly Hills, California many years ago. Afterwards, he opened his own restaurant and it expanded in many areas in California.

"Mahirap ang restaurant talaga pero kapag gusto mo mag-restaurant kailangan magbabantay ka everyday. Hindi pwede ibigay mo lang sa [manager]," he said when asked if what he can give an advice to aspiring restaurateurs.

The video has already garnered more than 200k views as of this writing.
