Grace Salazar, Coney’s character in the movie, appears to have found a new favorite child as photos of the seasoned actress apparently overjoyed at Vico’s electoral win during his proclamation last week surfaced online.

The moment was said to be reminiscent of the “Four Sisters’” climactic scene where Grace had an emotional confrontation with her five kids – Teddie (Toni Gonzaga), Bobbie (Bea Alonzo), Alex (Angel Locsin), Gabbie (Shaina Magdayao), and CJ/Rebreb (Enchong Dee) – on the subject of her playing favorites as a mother.

Vico is Coney’s son with veteran comedian and TV host, Vic Sotto.

The 29-year-old politician was proclaimed as new Pasig mayor after winning against Bobby Eusebio, whose clan has ruled the city for almost three decades prior to his defeat.
