Rufa Mae Quinto, who is currently part of the iWant original series Jhon En Martian, opened up about how motherhood changed her as a person including her perspective in life as an actress.

“Nag-change siya kasi meron na akong life besides show business. Kasi ang naging buhay ko talaga pag-aartista eh. Siyempre may family ako pero ang pag-aartista ang inasawa ko for so long. So ngayon, ‘yung binigay na ‘yung anak ko, medyo matagal naman na akong nakapag-artista marami na akong napatunayan, nagawa,” she said.

Kailangan gising ka. ‘Pag kinailangan ka, umiyak. ‘Yung parang inaayos din ng anak ang buhay ng ina.”
Quinto then went on: “So nung nag anak na ako ngayon, iba naman ‘yung feeling. ‘Yung parang never ka na mag-iisa, never kang walang gagawin, hindi ka puwedeng magutom, hindi ka puwedeng mag-lasing ng sobra-sobra kasi baka kailanganin ka. Kailangan gising ka. ‘Pag kinailangan ka, umiyak. ‘Yung parang inaayos din ng anak ang buhay ng ina.”

Quinto, who felt sorry for Liza Soberano who had to withdraw from the highly-anticipated project, said she would rather want to see a Super B x Darna crossover.
