In a press interview with Piolo Pascual at the SunPiology media conference, the actor was asked about his reaction after his son Iñigo Pascual and the young celebrity’s mom Donna Lazaro announced on Magandang Buhay that they will now stay in the Philippines for good.

Good! Siyempre I get to see my son more often,” said Piolo.

He then expressed how he appreciates his son’s efforts to make time for their bonding. “One thing I appreciate about him is he makes time for me. Even when he’s busy, he makes sure na he visits me,” he said.

There’s never a week na hindi kami nagkikita. We check up on each other every day and night,” Piolo added.

Meanwhile, when asked what Piolo can say about his son’s team up with Maris Racal, he answered, “Bahala sila sa buhay nila. Wag lang silang maglokohan. Kung mahal nila ang isa’t-isa, stay in love. Pag may sama ng loob, talk, and always have an open communication.”

Piolo is one of the Spring Films producers who took over the upcoming MarNigo film I’m Ellenya L, which will be showing in cinemas soon.

In other news, the Kapamilya hunk actor also gave updates on plans of making a new film with his former leading lady Judy Ann Santos. “I already told Juday. Whenever she’s ready. Sana sana.”

Piolo told the press that they have a lot of concepts coming that ABS-CBN’s Chief Content Officer Charo Santos-Concio also pitched some ideas. “Maraming material, si Tita Charo nga may material nang pinitch eh. A lot of nice concepts,” he said.
