Ang 26-year-old Commerce graduate from Egypt na si Mostafa Galal Mohammed Elezali ang nanalo sa inaugural edition ng Man of the World pageant na naganap noong 28th July 2017 sa One Esplanade, Pasay City, Philippines.

Lumutang si Mostafa laban sa 27 iba pang contestants. Nanalo naman sina Mr. Vietnam, Nguyen Huu Long bilang 1st runner-up at Mr. Palestine, Wassim Sahyoun, bilang 2nd runner-up.

Towering at 6'2", si Mostafa ay graduate ng Commerce majoring in Finance sa Alexandria University, Egypt. Nakapagtrabaho sa Porsche, administration department sa Dubai at sumali sa Dubai Outlet Mall’s Star Hunt noong 2017 contest at nanalo bilang Mister Congeniality.

Iniwan niya ang Dubai para i-pursue ang modelling career sa Pilipinas at naging isa sa official models ng SM Fashion.

Sa preliminary rounds, dumanas ng stomach pains si Mostafa at kinailangan siya dalhin sa ospital kaya't di nakasama sa contestants motorcade.
