Juliana Palermo is a proud mom of a 4 year old boy. She recently opened a diner in Davao, 'J Palermo's Diner'.

Juliana started as a model and did a few movies. She starred in her first movie www.XXX.com (2003) where she played the role of an online sex worker. The moie is directed by Tikoy Aguiluz.

She won the Breakthrough Performance by an Actress Award in the 1st Golden Screen Awards in 2004.

Some of her movies were Panaghoy Sa Suba (2004), Kaleldo(2006), at Faces of Love (2007) and the Judy Ann Santos-Ryan Agoncillo starrer Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo (2006) and its sequel Sakal, Sakali, Saklolo(2007).

She also is an advocate against human trafficking having done movies of the same theme.
