Actress Judy Ann Santos is her son Lucho’s number one fan.

The Call My Manager star on Tuesday, September 19, turned to social media to express how proud she is of Lucho, who recently competed in a football tournament in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Sharing photos and clips from the match, Judy Ann wrote, “My boy, my captain.. I am so proud of you.. .though we weren’t able to bring home the trophy for your age group, you did so well.”

“You and your team fought so hard in all 4 games playing against other u14 teams,” she said. “In losing, you learn… you gain experience and come back stronger. Life is not just about the winnings… it’s also about the learnings, experiences, new friends made and lots of memories.”

“I am proud of you and your team no matter what the outcome is," she told Lucho. "I love you.”

Earlier, the proud mom assured Lucho of her full support as he prepared to compete in his first football tournament abroad.

“Mama’s with you my boy.. rain or shine. I got you #footballislife,” she said.

The trip to Kuala Lumpur marks Judy Ann and Lucho’s first time to travel abroad without her husband, Ryan Agoncillo, and Lucho's siblings, Yohan and Luna.

“First time to leave Manila without dada and the girls.. this time it’s just mommy and kuya and ate Arlen,” the actress wrote in a September 13 Instagram post. “Missing a big chunk of our family here in KL… Mommy and kuya time muna, while dada spends time with the girls.”

Lucho is turning 13 this coming October 7.

On his 12th birthday last year, Judy Ann penned a loving message for her only son on social media.

"How could you be twelve already my love? Oh if only I could press 'pause' or slow down the time, I would… But I’m also excited to see what you’ll be 5, 10 years from now.. I know that you’ll grow up to be that kind, sweet, responsible, hardworking boy that we experience everyday,” she wrote.

“You are God’s reminder to me, that I did something good because he gave me you. We love you for infinity.. Happiest birthday our favorite son.

Marian Rivera will start taping with her husband Dingdong Dantes this week for the upcoming Metro Manila Film Festival entry Rewind.

"Excited kami na nakapasok ang ‘Rewind’ sa film festival. Sana ibalik natin ang pagtangkilik sa pelikulang Pilipino," she said in an interview with ABS-CBN News.

Marian openly acknowledged that she needed to readjust to performing in front of the camera, given that it had been a four-year hiatus since her last acting role.

"To be honest, nangapa ako. Ang hirap mag-adjust. Then memorizing the lines again. After ilang weeks, naka-adjust na ako," she stated.

Rewind will be competing in this year's MMFF against other films featuring equally big stars like Sharon Cuneta and Matteo Guidicelli.

"Nakakatuwa dahil alam mong bumabalik na ang pelikulang Pilipino. Ito na tayo ulit. Sana ang MMFF ngayon tangkilikin na talaga ng publiko," she remarked.

It was in June when it was announced that Marian and Dingdong will be headlining Rewind. The film will be directed by Mae Cruz Alviar.

In a previous interview, Marian shared what made her say yes to doing the film.

"Parang bawat paglipat ko ng pahina sa script, walang tapon sa script. Walang dahilan para hindi ko ito gawin, especially kasama ko si Dong," she said.

The actress continued: "Kasi alam niya, every time nagkaka-partner kami na kaming dalawa, meron kaming moment na mas tumitibay kami. ‘Ah, may ganun pala siya.’ So may bago akong nadi-discover sa kanya. Lalo akong nai-in love. May ganung moment. So sabi ko kay Direk [Mae Cruz-Alviar], gagawin ko iyan kahit mahirapan ako sa schedule."

Marian remarked that she also always wanted to work with Star Cinema.

"Sobrang excited [ako maka-work ang Star Cinema] at the same time, si Direk [Mae]. Kasi si Dong ang daming kuwento tungkol sa kanya. So sabi ko kay Dong, sana balang araw ma-direct din niya ako. Punong-puno ng pangarap 'yung mga kwento ni Dong sa akin every time may Star Cinema siya. So sabi ko, sana balang araw," she stated.

In an interview with TV Patrol, sinabi ni Jaclyn Jose na may dahilan kung bakit pumayag siyang magbalik sa ABS-CBN at muling gumawa ng teleserye.

Ang award-winning actress ay bahagi na ng top rating FPJ's Batang Quiapo na pinagbibidahan at idinidirek ni Coco Martin at napapanood sa iba't-ibang channels tuwing weekdays.

Ginagampanan ni Jaclyn ang role ni Corrections Chief Supt. Dolores Espinas, isang makapangyarihang opisyal sa loob ng kulungan.

Magkakaroon ng kaugnayan si Espinas sa buhay ni Tanggol pero hindi pa nire-reveal kung ano ito.

Matatandaang first time in 10 years mula nang huling lumabas ulit sa ABS-CBN ni Jaclyn na ngayon ay 59 years old na.

Inalala ng aktres ang unang pagkakataon na nakatrabaho niya si Coco at kung paano siya napapayag maging bahagi ng Batang Quiapo.

Aniya: “Si Coco, parang anak ko na 'yan. Ang una niyang pelikula, kasama ako, Masahista, noong araw. Matagal na. At mula noon, hindi naman kami nag-lose contact. In short, nagkakausap pa rin…”

Ang Masahista na idinirek ni Brillante Mendoza ang nagbigay kay Coco ng Young Critics Circle Best Actor award.

Nagkatrabaho din ang dalawa sa ilang proyekto noon. Jaclyn played a supporting character in Coco's first lead teleserye Nagsimula Sa Puso, where the Kapamilya Primetime King starred opposite Maja Salvador.

Muli silang nagkatatrabaho sa primetime series na Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo noong 2010.

Nang lumipat si Jaclyn sa GMA-7, hindi na ulit siya nakagawa sa ABS-CBN. Ang Kahit Puso’y Masugatan ang huling teleserye na ginawa niya sa ABS-CBN na umere noong 2013.

“Nagkataon lang na nasa ibang istasyon tayo at that time [kaya hindi] tayo nakapasok sa Probinsyano,” lahad niya.

Inamin din ni Jaclyn na pinangarap niya noon pa man na maging bahagi ng Probinsyano na tumagal din ng halos 7 taon.

“Ang pakiramdam ng artista, ako ha, kapag hindi ako nakapasok sa soap ni Coco, halimbawa itong Probinsyano na natapos, hindi kumpleto ang pagiging artista ko. May ganoong feeling. Hindi ko alam ang pakiramdam ng kapwa ko artista, pero ako, ganoon ang pakiramdam ko,” pahayag pa niya.

Matatandaang malaki ang utang na loob ni Coco kay Jaclyn dahil ang aktres ang nagpakilala dito kay Direk Andoy Ranay na direktor ng afternoon series na Ligaw Na Bulaklak kung saan napasama si Coco sa cast.

Suko na dapat noon si Coco sa paggawa ng teleserye dahil hindi siya nabibigyan ng malaking break hanggang dumating ang Ligaw Na Bulaklak at unti-unti nang napansin ang husay niya bilang aktor hanggang sa nagsunud-sunod na ang kanyang mga teleserye.

‘Nga pala, naging bida sa Ligaw Na Bulaklak sina Roxanne Guinoo, Marc Abaya, Sid Lucero, at Ara Mina.

BTS member Suga will start his military service this September.

The K-Pop idol's agency BIGHIT Music announced the the singer will be doing his military enlistment on September 22.

"Thank you for your continued support for BTS. We have further information regarding Suga’s military service. Suga will be beginning his required service on September 22," the label said in a statement as reported by Soompi.

"There will not be any official events taking place on the day he starts his service or on the day he enters the training camp. We kindly ask fans to refrain from visiting Suga at his workplace during the period of his service. Please convey your warm regards and encouragement in your hearts only."

The label also shared reminders with regards to the artist's intellectual property.

"Furthermore, please be mindful to avoid getting adversely affected by unauthorized tours or package products that illegally use the artist’s intellectual property. Our company will take appropriate measures against attempts at any commercial activity that make unauthorized use of artist IP," BIGHIT said.

"We ask for your continued love and support for Suga until he completes his service and returns. Our company will also strive to provide all the support he needs during this time. Thank you."

Suga is the third member of BTS to enter the military service after Jin and J-Hope.

In April, Suga released his debut solo album titled D-Day under his Agust D monicker.

The album contains ten tracks including including the lead single "People Pt. 2" featuring IU, "Haegeum," "Huh?!,""Amygdala," "SDL," "Polar Night," "Interlude: Dawn," "Snooze" featuring Ryuichi Sakamoto and Woosung of the Rose, and "Life Goes On."

In a previous interview with Billboard, the K-Pop idol was asked about the difference when he is releasing music as Agust D and as Suga of BTS.

He replied: "They’re all music made by the person called Min Yoongi (his real name). So, I don’t actually have a very different mindset for each moniker — but I would say that the purposes could be somewhat different. Ultimately, the goal of releasing this music is for as many people to listen to my music as possible."

Vito Tomas, the youngest son of musician couple Saab Magalona and Jim Bacarro, has turned 4.

On Instagram, Saab shared photos and clips from The Beatles-inspired party they threw for their son to celebrate his birthday.

One clip shows Vito singing the 1969 hit “Come Together” on stage with an image of the iconic Abbey Road as his backdrop.

“I was so surprised that Vito wanted to perform in front of everyone at his party today. Look at how cool he is?!?? So tired from today but I’m glad all the kids enjoyed!!” said Saab.

“Huge thanks to @partybitzandpieces for styling my in-laws’ place just like they did for pre-pandemic Pancho’s 1st bday!! They did this Abbey Road backdrop that became Vito’s stage,” she added.

In the comments section of her post, fans and showbiz friends could not help but gush over her son.

Aside from Vito, Saab and Jim have another son, Pancho Gerardo, who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. He had a twin sister, Luna, who passed away on the same day they were born in 2018.

Pancho turned 5 years old last February. Saab and Jim quietly celebrated their firstborn son’s birthday at home.

Saab is the daughter of the late rap icon Francis Magalona, and is the sister of actress Maxene Magalona. She and Jim have been married since 2015.

The couple — who hosts the Spotify podcast Wake Up With Jim & Saab and are part of the indie rock band Cheats — tied the knot at the St. Ignatius Chapel, Philippine Military Academy in Baguio City in January 2015.

American pop star Ariana Grande has filed for divorce from her husband Dalton Gomez after two years of marriage, multiple news outlets have confirmed.

The “pov” singer, 30, filed the divorce papers on Monday, September 18, in Los Angeles, CA, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their split, according to a source from CNN.

She and Dalton, a real estate agent, wed in an intimate ceremony in May 2021 after being engaged in December 2020. “It was tiny and intimate – less than 20 people. The room was so happy and full of love,” Ariana’s representative told PEOPLE of their wedding. “The couple and both families couldn’t be happier.”

Rumors about their split first surfaced in July after Ariana was spotted without her engagement and wedding rings while attending a Wimbledon match in London.

TMZ was first to confirm the separation, saying Ariana and Dalton have been experiencing problems even before she flew to London to film her movie Wicked. They added that the two tried to work on their marriage “but it failed.” However, they’ve since remained friends and “still talk on the phone regularly.”

A separate report by PEOPLE said that "Dalton is very religious and was committed to making it work, but Ariana had moved on."

"She [Ariana] was happy in Los Angeles for a couple of years. She wanted to make a life there with Dalton," the insider added. "He is super focused on his career and needs to live in Los Angeles. It's definitely been an issue for them."

They added, "Dalton's career is demanding and he can't leave Los Angeles often. So when [Grande] started filming ‘Wicked’ in England, they were in for a long-distance marriage."

Since splitting from Dalton, Ariana has been romantically linked to her Wicked co-star Ethan Slater, who recently separated from his wife Lilly Jay. Per TMZ, Ethan filed for divorce from his wife in July after five years of marriage.

Ethan and Lilly share a young son, whom they welcomed in August last year.

Marian Rivera will start taping with her husband Dingdong Dantes this week for the upcoming Metro Manila Film Festival entry Rewind.

"Excited kami na nakapasok ang ‘Rewind’ sa film festival. Sana ibalik natin ang pagtangkilik sa pelikulang Pilipino," she said in an interview with ABS-CBN News.

Marian openly acknowledged that she needed to readjust to performing in front of the camera, given that it had been a four-year hiatus since her last acting role.

"To be honest, nangapa ako. Ang hirap mag-adjust. Then memorizing the lines again. After ilang weeks, naka-adjust na ako," she stated.

Rewind will be competing in this year's MMFF against other films featuring equally big stars like Sharon Cuneta and Matteo Guidicelli.

"Nakakatuwa dahil alam mong bumabalik na ang pelikulang Pilipino. Ito na tayo ulit. Sana ang MMFF ngayon tangkilikin na talaga ng publiko," she remarked.

It was in June when it was announced that Marian and Dingdong will be headlining Rewind. The film will be directed by Mae Cruz Alviar.

In a previous interview, Marian shared what made her say yes to doing the film.

"Parang bawat paglipat ko ng pahina sa script, walang tapon sa script. Walang dahilan para hindi ko ito gawin, especially kasama ko si Dong," she said.

Marian remarked that she also always wanted to work with Star Cinema.

BTS member Suga will start his military service this September.

The K-Pop idol's agency BIGHIT Music announced the the singer will be doing his military enlistment on September 22.

The label also shared reminders with regards to the artist's intellectual property.

"We ask for your continued love and support for Suga until he completes his service and returns. Our company will also strive to provide all the support he needs during this time. Thank you."

Suga is the third member of BTS to enter the military service after Jin and J-Hope.
