Actor Diego Loyzaga just revealed in an Instagram post earlier today, June 8, that he is now a father. In his post, Diego shared a photo of himself embracing his newborn child. The actor’s announcement just came weeks ahead of Father’s Day.

There was no other information such as who the mother of his child is as of this writing.

Diego shared that having his firstborn was the “best birthday gift” he had so far.

“The best birthday gift ever,” he wrote.

The 28-year-old actor received congratulations from various friends in the industry immediately after his announcement on social media. Netizens started to speculate as well on Twitter as to who the mother might be.

“Papa diegs ❤️ congrats cuz!!! I guess I’m now a grand-tito,” Gil Cuerva said.

“Love you dawgs! Daddy D,” Billy Crawford added.

“Congrats bro ❤️ hello there my inaanak,” Tim Yap said.

Meanwhile, the family of Diego also sent their well-wishes to the new addition to their family. Diego’s mother, actress Teresa Loyzaga, seemed to have a nickname for her grandchild as well.

“Yahooooo!! Glam-Ma Lola in the house!!! Mwah! Love u anak @diegoloyzaga ! Love you my ‘Pochola,’” she wrote.

The last publicly known relationship of Diego was with actress Franki Russell. He confirmed with the media that they were dating each other but broke up and decided to just be friends.

He dated Barbie Imperial as well but they broke up in February 2022. Their breakup became a hot topic on social media after speculations that he cheated on her with Franki while they were still together. Diego has denied the allegations.

“Right now, I'm telling you. Nothing ever happened between me and her (Franki) like that. I can happily sit on this chair and say I never cheated on my partner. She (Barbie) knows that. I saw her two weeks ago at a club and I said, 'B, after everything we went through you really do know that I never cheated on you.' And she's like, 'Diegs, I know, I know.' 'Despite all the stories, are you sure you believe me when I say I never cheated on you? Because I hear stories that you believe that.' And she's like, 'No, Diegs, I know,” he said in a previous interview.

Yuri debuted as a solo artist in 2018 with her album, The First Scene. As an actress, she is best known for her dramas such as Bossam: Steal the Fate, Good Job, and Fashion King, to name a few.

Pinoy Big Brother and The Voice Kids host Robi Domingo shared some bittersweet news with his followers on his Instagram last Wednesday, June 7, about his bachelor’s pad.

The Kapamilya host revealed that he has bid farewell to a place he once called his “house” to prepare for his new home with soon-to-be wife, Maiqui Pineda.

Robi and Maiqui have been engaged since November of last year.

He confessed how much effort he put into creating his bachelor’s pad as it was his “first big investment.” In the series of photos he shared, Robi can be seen sitting down on the floor of his old place with his non-showbiz partner.

“Bittersweet. 🏠 This marks the last time I'll be in my bachelor's pad. During its design and construction phase, I was so eager to get the best sketch, appliances, and equipment since this was my first big investment,” he recalled.

Though it might be sad that he’ll be letting go of his old place, Robi added how excited he is to have a new home with Maiqui in the future.

“I might be saying goodbye to this place which I called my house but hey, I'm ready to build my home,” he added.

The PBB host asked his friends and followers for some tips as well for their new home.

“Make sure the new house is child friendly. Have a few rooms for your future kids, so that you wouldn't be able to do many renovations in the future. Have some plants and water features too,” a netizen suggested.

Robi announced his relationship with Maiqui to the public back in 2019. Prior to their engagement announcement, he shared with PUSH Bets Live how he was already sure of taking the next step with his then-girlfriend.

“I’m ready to have that certain level up in our relationship. So, yes, napag-uusapan siya. Kasi nasabi ko din sa kanya ‘to a couple of weeks before, wala man akong market, may forever naman ako,” he previously mentioned.

Aminado si David na siya ang unang nag-unfollow kay Devon kung kaya’t in-unfollow din siya nito sa Instagram.

“Hindi kami magkaaway. May konting hindi pagkakaintindihan lang sa isang bagay. So aminado ako, ako unang nag-unfollow. Tapos maya maya, siyempre siguro nakita niya in-unfollow ko siya, in-unfollow din niya ako,” kwento niya.

“Pero nag-usap kami, ‘Hoy ba’t mo ‘ko in-unfollow?’ ‘Eh ba’t mo ‘ko in-unfollow din?’ ‘Fa-follow na ba kita?’ Pero ‘di pa rin kami [naka-follow sa isa’t isa]. Siguro inaantay niya ako mauna.”

Paglilinaw ni David, bagamat espesyal sa kanya si Devon ay hindi pa sila pormal na magkasintahan.

“Hindi ko siya girlfriend, hindi niya ‘ko boyfriend. Dumating ako sa time na nanunuyo ako sa kanya, pero nanggaling kasi kami pareho sa relasyon na parang masyado kaming nasakal. So ayaw namin ibalik parehas sa ganung klaseng relasyon kung anong meron kami,” aniya.

“Special sa akin si Devon. Kung may taong alam ng sikreto ko, si Devon ‘yun. Kung may taong alam ang sikreto ni Devon, ako ‘yun. So ang relasyon namin, hindi lang kami magkaibigan,” sabi pa niya. “Pero hindi pa kami umabot sa level na nagkakaroon ng intimacy. Wala pa kami sa level na ‘yun. Hanggang dun muna kami.”

Ayon sa aktor, sa ngayon ay nais muna nila ni Devon na mag-focus sa kani-kanilang karera at sa show na GoodWill.

“Sabi namin, oh nandito tayo sa GoodWill. Gawin muna natin kung anong dapat sa trabaho natin. Hindi naman mawawala ‘yung pagmamahalan eh, andyan lang ‘yan. So [mag-focus] muna tayo sa trabaho natin, sa craft natin habang may opportunity. ‘Yun muna, ganun muna,” aniya.

“Sabi ko nga sa kanya, ‘Devon, alam mo kasi ‘yung style ko hindi ako nanliligaw.’ Kasi kapag nanliligaw ka, best foot forward eh. Hayaan mong makita mo ‘yung ugali ko, makita ko ‘yung ugali mo. Malay mo magustuhan mo ako — sana naman ‘di ba — doon tayo mag-usap ulit. Just go with the flow muna kami,” saad pa niya.

Maxine Medina is all set to tie the knot with her non-showbiz fiancé Timmy Llana this October.

With only four months away from their wedding day, Nice Print Photography released snaps from the couple’s pre-nuptial photo shoot held in Vigan, Ilocos Sur.

Maxine also uploaded snaps from their engagement shoot and expressed her excitement in marrying her fiancé.

“It's almost hard to believe that in 4 months, we'll be saying our vows and starting our forever together. I'm filled with excitement and happiness as we prepare for our wedding day. Can't wait to see what the future holds for us my love @timmyllana,” she wrote.

It was in April last year when Maxine announced her engagement to Timmy, who is a diving instructor.

The actress first revealed her relationship with Timmy in 2019. Previously on Magandang Buhay, Maxine shared that she and her boyfriend have known each other even before she represented the Philippines in the Miss Universe pageant back in 2016.

"Sabi nila kasi kapag sobrang friends kayo before... kasi he's been there for me for such a long time. Every time na may problem ako, magsasabi ako sa kanya, nakikinig lang siya. Tapos gusto ko ng alone time, tatawagan niya 'ko, 'Nasan ka? Kumusta ka?' Ganun siya," she said.

Angelica Panganiban and Gregg Homan revealed that they are tying the knot by early next year.

"We were going to get married last year pero we wanted to make Bean (their daughter) a part of it," Gregg explained in their latest YouTube vlog.

He added: "So we are going to do it early next year. We are looking at places locally to do it. But I am excited for it."

Angelica relayed that they actually postponed their wedding twice already. She's confident that their wedding will push through this time.

"Parang twice na naming dinelay yung wedding. Last year and this year, dapat aalis kami. Ilang beses naming triny mag-elope pero parang ayaw ng mundo na itago namin. Malakas magdasal 'yung mga kaibigan at ang family members namin. So ngayon mukhang matutuloy na siya," she stated.

The actress also shared that they already informed their friends and family ahead of time.

"Meron na kaming save the date, sinabi na namin siya sa mga kapamilya namin abroad para makapagtipid na sila, makapag-ipon na," she said.

She continued: "Sa mga friends namin na sobrang busy 'yung schedule nila sa life, marami silang commitments, inunahan na namin sila na i-save na 'yung araw na iyon."

In the same video, the couple explained the meaning behind the name of their daughter Amila Sabine.

"Si Bean when I first found out that mommy is pregnant, 'yung ultrasound, when I first saw the image it looked like a bean... And then we built her name around that. That's why it's Bean," Gregg explained.

Meanwhile, Angelica shared where the names Amila and Sabine came from.

"'Yung Amila nagmula siya bago pa talaga ako mabuntis, meron na akong name for my baby. Nanggagaling siya sa name ng adoptive mother ko, 'yung name niya is Mila. So gusto ko talaga 'yung name na Mila kaya siya naging Amila at 'yung Bean galing siya sa nickname namin sa kanya from the very beginning of my pregnancy," she stated.

The actress continued: "So one day nag-message lang si Gregg na what about Sabine? So parang ako yes ang ganda nun."

It was in October 2022 when Angelica and Gregg announced their engagement.

Angelica revealed their engagement via a video she posted on her Instagram page.

"Maraming paraan para sumasaya sa buhay na ito pero ikaw lang 'yung kailangan ko," Gregg told Angelica in the video before he kneeled down to propose.

Angelica replied: "Yes, I love you."

Later in the video, Angelica showed her engagement ring saying, "May baliw na nagpro-propose sakin. Kahit anong kabaliwan ko, pangit ng ugali ko, mahal na mahal ako."

Angelica gave birth to her first child with Gregg in September 2022.

In an Instagram post in November of last year, Angelica shared her many realizations two months since becoming a mother.

She wrote:

“Bago ka mag padede kapag 4am na, mag sipilyo, hilamos at umihi ka na. You’ll never know kung papayag pa ba siyang magpababa sa ‘yo (ibulong mo na din kay Lord na sana makaligo ka sa araw na ito) 😜

“Pangalawa, ipunin ang mga kailangan sa tabi mo kapag nagpa dede ka—remote ng tv, at ng aircon, libro, phone, charger, tubig, at snacks.

“Pangatlo, hindi ka na makakapag damit. Tanggapin mo na, na naka bra ka na lang hangga’t manawa siyang dumede sa’yo. Kasama na rin dito ang pag suklay ng buhok. What is hair brush na po tayo. Opo.

“Pang apat, kumain ng marami at mabilis. Pero bawal ang kalansing ng kubyertos at baka magising mo ang nabudol mong baby.

“At, matulog kapag tulog si baby. Subukang pakalmahin ang isip. I know madami tayong gustong gawin at ma accomplish. Pero, tanggapin mo nang hindi ka naman talaga makakatayo sa kinauupuan mo. Kaya matuto kang matulog ng nakaupo. 😋

“Saludo ako sa lahat ng ina. Mabuhay tayong lahat 😇”

With only four months away from their wedding day, Nice Print Photography released snaps from the couple’s pre-nuptial photo shoot held in Vigan, Ilocos Sur.

“Lost in the Charm of Vigan: Beauty Queen Maxine Medina and fiancé Timothy Llana on an unforgettable Stroll Through the Timeless and picturesque streets of Vigan,” read the caption.

Maxine also uploaded snaps from their engagement shoot and expressed her excitement in marrying her fiancé.

It was in April last year when Maxine announced her engagement to Timmy, who is a diving instructor.
