From pageantry to philanthropy, beauty queen and media personality Samantha Panlilio shared what inspired her to found her latest social initiative &ndash; the Pangarap at Kalinga Foundation.&nbsp;In an exclusive interview with PUSH during a recent media gathering, Samantha, whose foundation focuses on education, healthcare and livelihood, talked about the challenges that led her to this project.&nbsp;&ldquo;Well, in Cavite I found that there was a lack of schools or classrooms rather for some of the students there. I&rsquo;ve always been an advocate also for farmers and sustainable living, which I think goes hand-in-hand with the well-being of children and women because if you have a stable home with basic necessities like food, water, electricity and education, everything else should follow,&rdquo; she said.&nbsp;Aside from being active in her community, Samantha also shared her showbiz aspirations. With many beauty queens pursuing careers in entertainment post-reign, was joining showbiz ever a consideration for her?&nbsp;&ldquo;I think I have always considered it. Again, I don&rsquo;t want to close any of the opportunities. I still want to be in a horror movie because I love horror, like Shake Rattle &amp; Roll is the goal. But, yeah, I will be announcing something within the showbiz realm in the next two weeks so I&rsquo;m very excited about that as well.
