"Congrats @bernardokath! World class talent ka talaga. A superstar in her generation," another fan wrote.

A Very Good Girl was a 2023 film that follows the story of Philo (Kathryn) who "plots a meticulous revenge against retail mogul, Mother Molly (Dolly de Leon), aiming to dismantle her empire and seize the ultimate payback. This time, there is no mercy."

The actress is set to headline the upcoming movie Hello, Love, Again alongside Alden Richards. The film is a sequel to the 2019 blockbuster movie Hello, Love. Goodbye.

"Ang dami kong gusto malaman—kumusta si Joy? Is Ethan okay? Nag-survive ba 'yung LDR (long-distance relationship) nila? Kamusta 'yung buhay niya sa Canada? Nagawa niya ba 'yung dreams niya? Hello, Love, Again will provide all the answers to my questions, and to all our questions, hopefully," Kathryn said in the press conference last May on what she was looking forward to in the sequel.

Other Kapamilya stars who also won as national winners at this year's Asian Academy Creative Awards include JM de Guzman for Best Actor in a Supporting Role and Kaila Estrada for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for their performances in Linlang.

ABS-CBN shows also won big including Linlang as the national winner for Best Drama Series, What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim as Best Adaptation of an Existing Format, ASAP Natin ‘To Live in Milan as Best Music Dance or Dance Program,  It’s Showtime as Best General Entertainment or Quiz Program. Director Mae Cruz Alviar was also declared as national winner for Best Direction.

The national winners will represent the Philippines in the Asian Academy Creative Awards finals in Singapore in December where national winners from various countries will gather.
