The second suspect was arrested in Vienna, but further details have yet to be disclosed.</p><p>&ldquo;According to the current status of the investigation, the two suspects became radicalized via the internet,&rdquo; Austria&rsquo;s General Director for Public Security Franz Ruf disclosed.</p><p>He further shared that the 19-year-old suspect made &quot;an oath of allegiance&quot; to ISIS in July.
