Joseph Ferrous Cuison PN(M) at the Navy Headquarters on Tuesday, October 1.</p><p>&quot;I am proud to have the privilege of being enlisted in the Philippine Navy Reserve Force, a recognition I never expected in my lifetime,&quot; Carlos remarked in a press release by the Philippine Navy.</p><p>The Olympian remarked that wearing the Navy uniform fills him with immense pride. &quot;With all my heart, I thank the Philippine Navy for this prestigious recognition.
