South Korean singer-songwriter Suga has been fined 15 million won (roughly $11,500 or ₱645,000) for his drunk driving incident earlier this year. This would mean that the singer-rapper could no longer be able to drive on his own and would have to rely on a driver.The 31-year-old singer-songwriter previously expressed his regret and apologized profusely to his fans for causing trouble.&ldquo;It is with feelings of shame that I apologize once again to you all. I apologize very deeply for having disappointed and hurt my fans and everyone who loves me through my wrongdoings.
