Erik Santos thankful for 20 years in industry: ‘Not everyone is given the chance’

Erik Santos became emotional after celebrating his 20th anniversary in the showbiz industry during his stage performance in the <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/asap">ASAP Natin &lsquo;To</a> episode last September 10. Paulit-ulit ko pong sasabihin na ang &lsquo;ASAP&rsquo; po ang nagluwal sa aking singing career. Up until now, after 20 years, naririto pa rin po ako. He also praised Gary Valenciano and Martin Nievera for being part of his core memories with his deceased father as they sang their songs back then.&ldquo;Napakalaking bahagi po ni Nanay Zsa Zsa sa aking career. Sobra niya akong ini-inspire at tinulungan. Sa mga masasayang araw ko at kahit sa matitinding pagsubok nandiyan ka for me,&rdquo; he said.&ldquo;Si Ate Reg po at si Kuya Ogie, sila po yung dalawang artist na nung nagsisimula po ako, nag-guest po sa akin sa isang major concert. May mga artist po na humindi po sa akin pero sila pong dalawa yung nagpatikim po sa akin kung ano yung pakiramdam na mag-perform sa Araneta Coliseum,&rdquo; Erik added.Meanwhile, Erik is set to hold his anniversary concert this coming October 6 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. He dedicated his concert, MilEStone, to his parents who have already passed away.
