Vice Ganda thanks fans and team after winning several awards

It’s Showtime host Vice Ganda expressed his gratitude to fans and his team after winning a number of awards from different award-giving bodies.

In his Instagram post, Vice shared a list of awards he received and thanked his fans and his team.

“Grateful and honored to be recognized for these awards,” he wrote. 



“Hindi magiging posible ‘to without the support of my fans and my team! Maraming, maraming zenkyooow!!!!!” the Unkabogable Star expressed.

The 47-year-old television personality received more than five awards from two different institutions.

Vice won as best noontime variety host, most service oriented media personality, best game show host and best TV personality at the Perpetualites’ Choice Awards 2023.

His noontime show, It’s Showtime, also won the best noontime variety show from the same award-giving body.

The first-ever Perpetualites’ Choice Awards ceremony is scheduled on December 19 at six in the evening held at the University of Perpetual Help System Laguna Performing Arts Theater (PAT).

The Gawad Lasallianeta also named the Unkabogable star as the most influential Filipino celebrity for their sixth-year celebration.

The noontime show host was also recognized as the most outstanding social media personality and the most outstanding X influencer by the same organization.

The 6th Gawad Lasallianeta awarding ceremony is set on January 29, next year at 2 at De La Salle Araneta University.

Celebrity friends and followers greeted the television personality for her overflowing success and recognition.

“Congratulations!!! 😍❤️👏,” StarPop PH label head, singer, songwriter and record producer Rox Santos said.

Filipino fashion stylist Justine Aliman also said, “Congratulations Meme ko❤️👏.”

“Huuuu shaduuuuuu 🙌😂,” one of It’s Showtime resident disc jockeys , DJ MOD remarked.

“Congratttttts, hakot award sobrang deserve. Sa sobrang sipag mong mag trabaho deserve na deserve mo yan👏👏👏pero pahinga pahinga din po pag me time! We love u meme❤️❤️❤️ god bless you always!” a fan also wrote in the comment section of Vice’s post.

Meanwhile, Vice  recently released the second season of Gandara: The Beksplorer on the iWantTFC app.

During the media day and special screening event held at ABS-CBN's Dolphy Theater on December 8, Vice revealed that the newest season will feature places in southern Luzon, as the first season featured northern locations. 

Accompanying Vice on his adventures are comedians Petite, Beki Velo, and Divine Tetay who will take viewers from Quezon City to Biñan, Laguna; Lipa City, Batangas; Lucena City, Quezon; Naga City; Legaspi, Albay; Iriga City; Misibis Bay, Albay, and Bulusan, Sorsogon. 

“Kung akala natin na ang hirap hirap ng buhay sa Pilipinas, hindi lang 'yun ang level ng hirap sa Pilipinas. Kung lalabas lang kayo at makakarating kayo sa iba’t ibang lugar, lalabas kayo, mawawala kayo sa comfort zone ninyo, madidiskubre niyo na ibang level pala ng hirap ang dinadanas ng napakaraming Pilipino,” Vice said when asked on her takeaways on doing the second season.

“Magugulat, madudurog ang puso ninyo at mapapdasal ka na lang talaga, na parang kakabahan ka sa future but at the same time ipagdadasal mo na hindi mawala yung pag-asa sa puso ng napakaraming Pilipino,” he added.
