“I just want to go home. I feel safe home in Manila and I want to be with my whole family once we decide to go back to the Philippines.  I am in the music field for the soul and it's my passion,” pahayag ng Pinoy singer.

Bukod sa pagiging Star Magic artist ay naging Net25 newscaster at MTV Asia host din si Eduard. Taong 2015 nang iwan ni Eduard ang kanyang career sa Pinas dahil nag-migrate ang kanyang pamilya sa US.

“I went to the US because my family migrated here in 2015. I joined them and also moved here,” kuwento ni Eduard.

Patuloy niya: “I went here because of the opportunities I can have for a better future. The advantage here is that everything is done on equal footing. But Manila is still my home.”

Nakakuha si Eduard ng regular work sa popular California theme park, Six Flags, na best known for the largest roller coasters in the world.

On the side, he’s pursuing his Hollywood dream, slowly but surely. In fact, he is currently working on an upcoming brand new Nickelodeon comedy series.

While in the US, Eduard had the chance to pursue his studies in political arts and media history at the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA).

Nang mag-migrate sila sa US five years ago, walang tigil ang pagdating ng mga oportunidad kay Eduard na labis niyang ipinagpapasalamat.

“Life is a beautiful ride,” aniya. “Keep looking up, that’s the secret of life. Struggle teaches you a lot of things. It’s been quite a rollercoaster ride, but I’ve grown and learned a lot about myself,” dagdag pa niya.

“I didn’t get a chance to meet all of them. Only Justin Bieber and Sia. Justin is a perfectionist when it comes to his music. That's what I remember about him. I also got to talk to Sia a number of times,” aniya.

“I worked with Sia’s music video production. The artifacts used came from different antique stores in Africa. Those antiques added so much beauty to the videos. The message of the song is the determination of the future of tomorrow's children. That education is the most important,” kuwento ni Eduard.

Plano rin niyang dalhin ang nasabing sikat na Australian singer sa Pilipinas for a big concert pagkatapos ng pandemya. Bukod dito, he’s also planning to release a single for Sia and other international artists, like R&B, pop, and soul singer-songwriter Cassie Ventura.

Samantala, taong 2006 nang i-launch si Eduard as one of the Star Magic Batch 15 talents. He was only 17 then at ka-batch niya sina Jessy Mendiola, Bela Padilla and Megan Young.
