Label SJ, Super Junior’s label, has asked ELFs for their understanding during these difficult time for the singer. They have also apologized for the sudden notice and insisted on giving Eunhyuk the time and privacy that he needs.

A few days ago, it was also announced that fellow member Choi Siwon would also not be participating in the concert in Manila as he tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. This came after their performance in Thailand wherein the singer was tested after the concert and results came back positive.

Aside from Siwon and Eunhyuk, the remaining members––Leeteuk, Yesung, Shindong, Donghae, Ryeowook, and Kyuhyun––will still be performing tonight in front of the thousands of Filipino ELFs who have been waiting for years for their comeback.

Super Junior debuted in 2005, making them part of the second generation of K-pop idols. They debuted with 12 members before adding the youngest member, Cho Kyu-hyun, in 2006.

They recently came back with their 11th full-length album, The Road: Keep on Going, last July. ELFs are in for a treat as this would be Super Junior's second comeback for the year.
