He’s Into Her star Belle Mariano took to Instagram to express her gratitude to everyone who supported the series. The actress shared how nostalgic she felt after performing at a recently concluded concert dedicate to fans of the show at the Araneta Coliseum last Saturday, August 27.

“Minutes before I stepped out of the stage, I told myself I won’t cry— because last night was a celebration of all of our hard work and your support for the past 3 years,” she shared.

Belle couldn’t help but get emotional after hearing the graduation song play when she stepped on stage. According to the actress, the song always gets to her every time as it reminds her of the years she spent doing the show with the cast and crew of the hit series.

The 20-year-old actress also took the opportunity to pen a special message to her character in the series, Maxpein, whom she considers the bravest character she has done.

“I’m glad I got the honor to portray you. I’m grateful I get to live out your life even for a short time because you’ve taught me so much—how to value friendship and family, most especially love. You’ve taught me that even in the most difficult times in our life we will always get something out of it, there will always be beauty after all of it,” she wrote.

Belle said her character taught her how to love and never give up on the little things that matter. The actress said that playing Maxpein was challenging, but admitted she wouldn’t have it any other way.

“With your journey I learned how to have stronger relationships, I’ve built my courage, I’ve learned how to stand up for what is right. Lastly, You’ve taught me na ‘Ang matapang umiiyak pero hindi nagpapasindak.’ You’ve shown us that even the bravest person, has their soft side too.. and that’s okay,” she added.

Belle and her onscreen partner, Donny Pangilinan, will star in their second film, An Inconvenient Love.
